Mignonette

Mignonette


Shallot, minced                                    1 Tbsp
Parsley, minced                                   1 tsp
Green onion, minced                           1 tsp
Your favorite light vinegar                    ½ cup

1 Mix together all ingredients.

2 Use approx ½ tsp of mignonette per oyster.
